Webster City, Ia. - March 17, 2020 — The safety and well-being of our customers and employees is our highest priority, along with delivering the reliable, safe energy our Iowa communities need. Due to increased concerns surrounding the coronavirus (COVID-19), Black Hills Energy will temporarily close its Webster City payment window to the general public, effective Tuesday, March 16. While there are currently no confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Webster City and surrounding areas, this is a precautionary, proactive measure to protect all community members.

For the time being, bill payments can be made online at www.blackhillsenergy.com/pay, by calling 888-890-5554 or via the Drop Box located at the Webster City office on the right side of the front door to the building. Money order, cashier checks and personal checks are accepted at the following locations:

Customers who have questions or experience trouble paying bills are encouraged to contact Customer Service at 1-888-890-5554 immediately.

Black Hills Energy will continue to review updates and recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and intend to reopen the Webster City payment center when it is determined to be safe for all involved.
