Community solar garden 1.5 MW 100% Standard Offer (IQ)

We are seeking bids from Community Solar Garden Developers for a 1.5 MW (AC) standard offering. This project is exclusively designed to benefit income-qualified participants.

Income Qualified (or IQ) shall mean the statutory definition of “low income” established by SB 21-272 and codified in 40-2-108(3)(d)(III), C.R.S.

The company proposes to establish a Standard Offer REC value equal to the weighted average REC price of projects bid into the last completive CSG solicitation.

Capacity will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis.

Established submission window is November 15, 2023 8am MST. Submissions made outside of the established window will not be considered.

As part of your 1.5 MW standard offer proposal please complete the provided forms, and subsequently upload the finalized documents through the designated portal when prompted.

Black Hills Colorado Electric, LLC 2023 Standard Offer IQ documents

All required non-refundable $1,000 bid fees can be settled through either wire transfer or be transmitted by express, certified or registered mail, or hand-delivered to the Black Hills Energy Service Center Location. Proof of payment must be included in bid submission.
