Black Hills Energy serves 133 communities across Iowa, many of them rural and small. One such town is Wallingford, Iowa population 186.

Their fire department is currently raising funds to purchase new protective gear and safety equipment so they are able to provide the safest and best service to their community, our customers, when the need arises.

The Spencer Iowa unit was happy to lend a helping hand with a contribution to those efforts.
