Proud sponsors of the state fair in Colorado
fair

Julie Rodriguez, Community Affairs Manager, Colorado

This past week, we joined in partnership with the Colorado State Fair once again as a sponsor of the 2020 festivities! Despite looking a bit different than years past, the Fair's legacy and spirit lived on thanks to the dedication and hard work of Fair staff, vendors and competitors.

Over the course of the week, Black Hills Energy presented the Drive Thru Fair Food event, allowing visitors the chance to indulge in traditional fare from the comfort of their vehicles, supported youth agriculture at the Junior Livestock Sale and even stopped by the World Slopper Eating Championship.

Congrats on another successful year to the Colorado State Fair, and thank you to all the visitors for coming out to support our community. It was a joy to come together in celebration of our state's vibrant culture and we look forward to next year!

We partner with our communities and customers, providing the kind of energy that fuels those areas and the lives of those we serve. Feel free to share the stories and photos. Make sure to tag us on FacebookInstagram, LinkedIn and Twitter.
