Nebraska employee steps up to help out

Thanks to Chad, a Service Technician in our Imperial, Nebraska, office, and one of our ambassadors, that hasn’t been a problem in Imperial this season.

When Chad and his wife volunteered to coach their daughter’s T-ball team this spring, they quickly realized that the equipment they received from the league was lacking. “The main problem we see is girls not having a glove or forgetting their glove,” Chad explained. “We also were short on other equipment like helmets and batting tees.”

Chad used his Ambassador in Action project funds of $250 to purchase six gloves, three helmets and three batting tees to be split between the three T-ball teams in Imperial. The Imperial Softball/Baseball organization was grateful for the gift, which will benefit kids and coaches for years to come.

Our ambassador program helps employees develop leadership skills by coordinating community projects at a local level.
