Smart gas meter upgrade project

Smart gas meter upgrade project

Project overview

We are upgrading gas meters in your area to newer smart meter technology. These meters help us improve safety, reliability, and service for our customers.

We will begin with a small pilot in Rogers, Arkansas, followed by a full rollout in Rogers and Fayetteville.

 

Project timeline

Late April: Pilot program begins (about 100 meters in Rogers)
May–June: Testing and validation of systems
July: Full meter replacement begins in Rogers and Fayetteville
